To stimulate your own perspective, we created two related Ristrettos about why we think strategy communication could use a new approach, taking it a step further than traditional internal strategy roll-outs. We aim to make a new connection between the strategy and how employees view their individual contributions to it. (A connection created through what we call career communication, described in part two).
